What payment methods do you accept?
For domestic orders, we accept online banking via FPX from major local banks, e-wallets e.g. Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, MAE, Boost, Visa & MasterCard credit/debit cards as well as bank transfer.

For Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan & the rest of the world, we accept Visa, MasterCard & AMEX credit/debit cards from major banks via PayPal. To pay in other currencies other than RM, please change your currency to SGD, HKD & NTD before carting out to avoid payment failure. 
Can I get a refund for my order?
All sale are final once payment is made. A refund in terms of store credit would be issued in the event where we are unable to fulfill your order. You're advised to double check your order before making payment that includes checking if the promo code you wish to use is applied correctly to the order.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status and history here after logging into your account.
Why am I unable to use my promo/voucher/discount code?
There're a few possible reasons why your discount could be invalid:
1. The code has expired
Check the expiry date of the code, as some of them run for a limited time or expire after a set period.
2. Did you meet the minimum spending requirement?
There might be a minimum spend requirement for certain promotion/sale.
3. Product exclusions from promo codes
Some codes can only be applied to selected product and not all products are included in the promotion/sale.
4. Do you need to be logged in?
Some promo codes will require you to be logged in to redeem the discount.
5. Has this promo already been used?
Some promo codes might have restrictions to the number of times it can be used.
6. Have you checked the T&Cs of the promo code?
Check the promotion terms and conditions to ensure you've met the promotion criteria.

If you're absolutely sure you've fulfilled the terms and conditions of the discount and still have trouble using it, please drop us a message here with a screenshot of the error message!
I can't use the 10% welcome discount code for my first order.
Before applying the code to your order, make sure:
1. You've created an account and is logged in.
2. Your order value is above RM200/SGD68.
What are the T&Cs for the usage of promo codes?
One order is only entitled to one promotion, i.e.
1. all promo codes (including first time/ambassador codes) applied to an order will automatically override the existing promotion shown on the product itself (e.g. an archive sale product).
2. only one promo code can be applied to an order.

You're advised to place separate orders should you wish to purchase an existing sale item while utilising a promo code for non-sale item(s). 
I placed my order but forgot to use my discount code, what should I do?
Discount codes can't be applied to an order that's already been made! Reimbursements won't be provided if the code wasn't applied. But you can always save it for your next purchase with us, as long as you fulfil the terms and conditions of the discount.

BACKORDER

What is Backorder?
Backorder items are products that are temporarily out of stock and will be restocked. You can place an advance purchase to secure them and they will be shipped out once the stock arrives. They are indicated beside product names or beside certain sizes.

For bestseller/popular items, we do our best to open up backorders so that you have another chance at securing your items in your size before they run out again!
When can I expect to receive my backorder item(s)?
For an estimated date of arrival, you can refer to each item's product description page under the "backorder" tab, do note that they might be updated from time to time to include any changes.

You'll be receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Note: due to unforeseen circumstances, backorder items may be subjected to unexpected delays. Please only cart out if you're comfortable with the waiting time as we are unable to accommodate rush orders and cancellation of backorders.
Can I purchase in-stock items together with backorder items?
Yes, you can. Your order will be shipped out together when your backorder item(s) has reached our fulfilment center. If you wish for the rest of your order to be shipped out first, do cart them out separately. 
Can I cancel my backorder items?
Once your backorder is confirmed, no amendments or cancellations can be made to your order.
Will there be refunds for backorder cancellations from your end?
In an unlikely event where we are unable to fulfil your backorder, a full refund in terms of store credit will be issued.
